Shabbat Services

Brad Smith, our Cantor, leads Friday night service First Friday, Shabbat morning Second Saturday.

Fourth Shabbat - Learners Minyan Saturday morning
Fifth Shabbat - if there is a Saturday, then it's Saturday morning, otherwise Friday night.

Congregation B’nai Torah Conservative services are open to all. We frequently interrupt our services to delve into questions posed by various members of the group. Come join us as we celebrate Shabbat.

Shabbat Morning

Full services: 9:30 a.m. on the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of the month; followed by a Kosher dairy lunch and time to “schmooze.”

Learner's Minyan

At 9:30 a.m. on the 4th Shabbat of each month, the congregation will have a “Learner’s Minyan.” The learner's minyan will consist of a short service starting at 9:30 a.m., followed by a topical discussion. During the short service, those members desiring to learn to lead services will have the opportunity to develop those skills. The discussion will be led by a member of the congregation with ample opportunity for other congregants to participate.

See UPCOMING EVENTS for specific topics and dates.

Erev Shabbat

7:30 p.m. on the 1st Friday of the month. For those months which have a fifth Shabbat, the schedule varies. Please refer to the Calendar for the latest schedule information.
