Shabbat Services
Congregation B’nai Torah
Conservative services are open to all.
We frequently interrupt our services to
delve into questions posed by various members of the group. Come join us as we celebrate Shabbat.
The 3rd Shabbat of the month is led by
Rabbi Maslan.
Please see
the monthly
calendar
for July's revised Shabbat Morning Service Schedule.
Shabbat Morning
Full services: 9:30
a.m. on
the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month; followed by a Kosher
dairy lunch and time to “schmooze.” Rabbi
Maslan
will be with us for the 3rd Saturday morning service.
Learner's Minyan
At
9:30
a.m.
on the 4th Shabbat of each
month, the congregation will have a “Learner’s Minyan.” The
learner's minyan will consist of a short service starting at
9:30 a.m., followed by a topical discussion. During the short
service, those members desiring to learn to lead services will
have the opportunity to develop those skills. The discussion
will be led by a member of the congregation with ample
opportunity for other congregants to participate.
See
UPCOMING EVENTS for specific topics and dates.
Erev Shabbat
7:30 p.m. on
the 2nd and 5th Friday of the month and on the Friday night of
the weekend of our monthly Rabbi’s visit.
